What happens to the rear end of kosher beef? - kosher sausage
I understand that the rear half of a cow is kosher. But what? Rump roast is very cheap in Israel? What was traditionally done with it (ie if you do not have easy access to markets for non-kosher) have?
The kosher meat with natural gut? Then you could say that it is in the back half. Or do not just eat hot dogs, before the advent of the casings?
